Rains Releases New Travel

Just as summer kicks off, Rains has unveiled an all-new collection of travel bags ideal for the outdoors. The lifestyle brand leaned into its durable design strategy to produce 12 ready-to-travel "Texel" bags for any and all conditions, including duffels, backpacks, crossbody models and more.

The new series of Texel bags emphasizes utilitarian concepts and functional components, with discreet storage compartments and compacting compression features. Each piece opts for a modular design concept, decorated with both subtle and shameless branding details. Across the board, Rains takes an earthly approach to the color scheme, selecting forest greens, black and ash.

Bags in the Texel series range from those suited for long journeys to others ideal for quick outings. The waterproof Texel Tech Bag incorporates additional front pockets — a perfect place to store chargers and electronics on your morning commute. The Texel Crossbody Bag includes adjustable webbing shoulder straps, so you can customize the drop of your bag. If you open the Texel Wash Bag, you’ll find maximized interior organization for all of your cosmetics and essentials.

If you have a long journey in the books, the Texel Duffel Bag, Cabin and Check-in Bags each come in two different sizes — small and large — to fit your desired packing needs. The Cabin Trolley is the collection's centerpiece, as it can seamlessly pair with six of the other Texel bags: the Tote Backpack, Tech Bag, Crossbody Bag, Kit Bag and both Duffel Bags. Each of these bags has back-mounted trolley sleeves, which slide right over the trolley's adjustable handles. The four-wheeled carry-on suitcase, which features a TSA-approved integrated lock, is made entirely of durable and waterproof polycarbonate, like the brand's outerwear.

The collection is now available to shop on the brand's webstore and in Rains stores worldwide.
